Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Many of our clients are not home during their cleaning. We can arrange an appropriate method of accessing your home before your scheduled service.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Our cleaning teams arrive with the products and equipment required for your scheduled cleaning.

Are your cleaners insured and bonded?

Yes. Royal Maid Service is insured and bonded, and our cleaners are trained W-2 cleaning professionals.

Will I have the same cleaning team each time?

We try to provide consistency whenever possible. Occasionally, team members may change because of illness, vacation, scheduling or staffing requirements.

What should I do before my cleaners arrive?

You don't need to clean before we arrive. We recommend picking up clothing, toys, dishes and other clutter so our team can spend more of their time cleaning your home.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. We're happy to clean homes with pets. Please let us know about your pets when booking and make sure they are secure if they are uncomfortable around visitors.

Can you change my bed sheets?

Yes. Let us know that you'd like your sheets changed and leave clean bedding available for the cleaning team.

Can I request additional cleaning tasks?

Yes. Tell us what you need when requesting your quote or before your scheduled cleaning. Some additional services may require additional time or cost.

What if I need to reschedule?

Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to move your cleaning to another available date.

Do I need to tip my cleaners?

No. Tipping is never required. If you choose to leave a tip, it is appreciated and goes to the cleaning team that serviced your home.
